Dr. Mark Smith is a top-notch dentist.  Many don’t know this but he was the inventor of the comfort control syringe.  Dr. Smith strives for painless dentistry.  His calm nature adds to the overall experience of comfort in dentistry.  My experience with Dr. Smith and his staff was very positive.  I highly recommend him to everyone in the London Ontario area.  A great family friendly dentist!

First of all I would like everyone to know I never go on line to write a review. But I feel so passionate about this issue. I have an absolute phobia of needles. I have just recently discovered 525 Dental. I have been to three appointments in the last little while. The staff is incredible. Dr. Smith has been my saving grace. He is so kind and compassionate . Extremely gentle. When they say he has invented the “painless needle” it is the absolute truth. I would highly recommend for anyone with any kind of dental issues ( fears, phobia’s or just plain dislike). Please check this dental office out. You will be extremely glad you did.

I have been a patient at this practice since 1976. They have provided a full range of dental services for me – fillings, crowns, bridge, root canal, implant, bridge, whitening and regular cleanings. I have always found Dr Smith and staff professional and personable. Dr Smith invented a painless method of dental freezing which reduces the discomfort and anxiety of dental visits. 525 Dental has consistently provided me with excellent dental care for several decades!

Sounds cliche but the staff and Dr. smith treat you as family, always cheerful and greeting you with a smile! The office is convenient and comfortable and feels more like home than clinic.

I have been going to see Dr Mark Smith for years. He is an excellent dentist, and all the staff there are wonderful– courteous, polite, & friendly. The office is beautiful, and very clean, and there is lots of free parking.

There is no better dentist’s office!! Dr. Smith and Dr. Randhawa are so professional and kind. Remie is a treasure. Really though, the entire staff at 525 is amazing! I have always been treated with such respect, kindness, and gentleness. I have been a patient since my adult children were babies and I won’t go anywhere else.
